You will create an acrylic painting on A3 cradled birch panel of a wonderful memorable sunset in you favourite location - perhaps an occasion when something wonderful happened? Or might happen ! Just bring along an A3 printout of a high quality photograph of your view and i’ll help you immortalise it paint focusing on using rich prismatic layers of colour in wonderful gradation and hints of summer heat. Light refreshments provided - please bring a packed lunch. A basic supply of acrylic paints and brushes will be available but I recommend you get your own supplies for comfort and ease and continuing your work at home - I recommend Amsterdam acrylics for buttery consistency and colour range and Akoya Brushes (long handled flat filbert and a fine point) for detail.
