Paintings and prints may be exchanged for goods or workshops of the same value within 14 days of receipt. Returns are not free - all postage and packing, and sales fees will be paid by the buyer in this scenario. Condition of goods to be exchanged must be pristine as new.

Cancellation policy - All art workshops are non-refundable. Exchanges for a workshop or course at a later date can be made in exceptional circumstances with a minimum of 4 weeks prior notice - please contact Lucy Caddel directly to discuss.
